J.A.G.S (junior athletes growing strong) is meant to be a train and play experience for those athletes that have not mastered the basics of volleyball. This program includes once a week 1.5 hour training, 1 t-shirt, and our professional coaches. Every session will focus on skills and developmentat the beginning and some game like situations at the end.
